Eligibility
Anyone who lives in Downtown Evanston within or on either side of the membership area boundary streets (Emerson, Ridge, Greenwood, Hinman and Sheridan) is eligible to join DERA. Whether you are a homeowner, condo owner or renter, your opinions are a valuable part of the DERA community.

Membership with DERA is 100% free!
However, your voluntary donation with membership allows us to pay for technology and other operating fees that make this organization run.
